That’s a good thing, right? I’m four years into blogging and the phrase that defined me back on day one is more appropriate than ever!
Now, I could go all self congratulatory here and pat myself on the back for being a long-haul blogger (confession: I’m patting right now, whilst drinking a beer), but I want to make this short and sweet post more about you, lovely reader, than I do about me. Some of you have been with me since the early days, and others since you found me when I launched #take12trips on my first blog birthday. And plenty of you have just stumbled across me on your way around the world and the web
To all of you who keep coming back, I want to say thank you. Your comments and emails are what keep me writing, travelling and smiling, and to celebrate this year’s anniversary, I want to make the coming year about you. I have lots of ideas for the blog, but my main aim will always be to create content that’s relateable to anyone who lives what they deem to be a pretty normal life that’s made better by the thought of going on trip. In short, if you need another holiday I want you to find something useful (and hopefully entertaining) on this site.
One of the first things up my sleeve is a reader survey. I’m putting it together behind the scenes and I hope you’ll come back to answer a few questions for me soon, so that I can make Need Another Holiday more relevant and more enjoyable for you to visit.
What else? Well, that’d be telling, but the cogs in my brain are turning! So stay tuned and I’ll take you with me. I promise.
Once again (and as always) thank you, friends and readers.
